Our routes stem back from 1973 in Spetses, where the Hotel Faros was built by our fathers, Angelos, Kyriakos and Ioannis Argeitis. Now in 2021, the flame passes to the children, Sofia, George and Sokrates, who stay loyal to the family ties but wish to bring new life, vision and a modern feel to the hotel operation. With this vision we rename to A HOTEL, taken from our family surname, as we wish to stand proud next to this family project but also underlying our aspiration to offer A’ class service to our guests

The A HOTEL lies in the center of the cosmopolitan Dapia, the center of Spetses town, where the heart of the island’s nobility and historical tradition beats

It is located in Clock square, the most central square of the town. Named after the Clock Tower which adorns the top of the square since 1915

Family-run hotel at the centre of Spetses. Very close to Dapia (Spetses' port) and the beach of Agios Mamas, and immediate proximity to shops and restaurants . Lots of restaurants just at the hotel's entrance. I booked the family room which comprises 2 separate rooms (with one entrance). It was perfect for two adults and two children. The rooms were clean and of good size and shared a large veranda overlooking the Clock square, with views of the village, the hill and the sea. There was a fridge and flat TV in one of the bedrooms. Very good and noiseless air-conditioning. No breakfast available (but this was not a problem for us). There is an elevator from the reception to the rooms - however there are a few steps (I think around 8-10) to get into the hotel. Overall a great stay for a family.

The location is perfect, VERY VERY CENTRALLY located, close to all bars, restaurants, shops, market, port of Dapia.Walking distance to all of the above, as well as to PALIO LIMANI (Old Port).Renovated and clean room with great view to Dapia and sea view..

This hotel is exactly in the center of Dapia, in Clock square. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean every day, in the elevator is playing only classical music, that’s superb!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Victoria and both ladies with same name Sofia . They did the best to change our booking from simple room errounesly booked by me, to a room with balcony and sea view!! Great location close to everywhere.
